The name " Sidemen " is an apt name as each of the 6 band members has performed and recorded as a sideman with some of THE biggest names in the music business such as ; Santana, Van Morrison , Dr. John , Jerry Garcia , Cold Blood , Malo , Jesse Colin Young , Supertramp , Tom Waits , Garth Brooks , Robben Ford , Natalie Cole , The Temptations , George Duke , The Four Tops , Al Jarreau , Tom Scott , Arturo Sandoval and Joe Zawinul.......thus making this sextet a certified " Super Group " !!!
The music that this band will be playing is funky , fusiony , jazzy , and Latin tinged. The deep grooves are very danceable but also great to listen to. The combination of original tunes and classic tunes that have been reworked makes this band very special !!!
